I'll be honest, I've been a mom for almost 6 years but I don't always feel like one. Sometimes just a babysitter, and sometimes a drill Sargent. But today Hyrum and I made bread together. That feels like a mom. And being a mom . . . feels great.

You make me smile. I can remember feeling like a babysitter for years after I had kids. I didn't know others felt that way too.
Those pictures bring tears to my eyes, they are so adorable! I know EXACTLY what you mean about feeling like a drill Sargent (especially with boys!) and it just feels so good to bake with them or shop for Father's Day and things like that. P.S. The bread looks yummy and I wish I was eating some right now. =) Love ya!
